Welcome to Caravan VPN

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Caravan VPN mobile application, website, VPN services, and any related services.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

Caravan VPN is designed to provide a secure and private internet connection. We do not collect your browsing history, VPN traffic content, DNS queries, or websites visited through the VPN connection. 4. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, source code, user interface, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, and other content, is owned by or licensed to Caravan VPN and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not:

5. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable VPN services; however, the Service is provided on an "as available" basis. Availability may be affected by:

  • Scheduled maintenance
  • Software updates
  • Internet connectivity
  • Third-party service providers
  • Network congestion
  • Government actions
  • Force majeure events
  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. VPN performance may vary depending on your device, network, location, ISP, and other technical factors.

6. Subscription and Payments
Caravan VPN may offer premium subscriptions or paid features through Google Play. All purchases, billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are processed exclusively by Google Play under Google's applicable terms and policies. We do not receive or store your payment card information or other financial information. Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before the applicable renewal date through your Google Play account. Prices, subscription plans, promotional offers, and availability may change without prior notice where permitted by law.

7. Advertising
The Service may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising partners, including Google AdMob. We do not control the content or practices of third-party advertisements and are not responsible for products, services, or claims made by advertisers. Your interactions with third-party advertisers are solely between you and the applicable third party.

8. Third-Party Services
The Service may include or interact with third-party services such as:

  • Google Play
  • Google AdMob
  • Analytics providers
  • Crash reporting services
  • Cloud infrastructure providers
Your use of these third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Caravan VPN is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Caravan VPN disclaims all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including but not limited to:

  • Merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • Continuous availability
  • Accuracy
  • Reliability
  • Security
  • Freedom from errors or viruses
We do not guarantee that the Service will always meet your expectations or be available without interruption.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Caravan VPN, its affiliates, licensors, employees, contractors, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to:

  • Your use of the Service;
  • Your inability to use the Service;

  • Network interruptions or service outages;
  • Third-party actions or services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Caravan VPN, its affiliates, employees, officers, licensors, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms;
  • Your misuse of the Service;
  • Your violation of applicable laws or the rights of others.

12. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe that:

  • You have violated these Terms;
  • You have engaged in unlawful or fraudulent activity;
  • Your use threatens the security, stability, or integrity of the Service;
  • We are required to do so by law.
Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued before termination.

13. Changes to the Service
We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability, subject to applicable law.

14. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be published through the application, website, or other appropriate channels. Continued use of the Service after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operator of Caravan VPN, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Caravan VPN regarding the use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements relating to the Service.
